BBMF HURRICANE TO FLY AT GNFI

SPITFIRE TO MAKE HISTORIC RETURN TO ESHOTT

The Royal Air Force have kindly agreed to send a Spitfire and a Hurricane from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight to attend GNFI. We have specifically asked for the same Spitfire in their possession  which was based at Eshott in 1943. Eshott was the home of 57 OTU RAF during the war with many pilots all all nationalities training there. This will be the first time in 66 years that a Spitfire has been seen at Eshott.
